Terms of Service
Last updated: October 16, 2026
These terms govern the use of ClearTracking, provided by Rodrigo Augusto Silva dos Santos, an individual based in Brazil (contact: trackingclear@gmail.com). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
1. The service
ClearTracking is a tracking tool for affiliate marketers: it records visits to your pages, receives sale notifications from affiliate platforms, imports costs from Google Ads and shows performance and profit metrics. The service is at an early stage and may change, gain or lose features.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for your account information, your password and everything done with your account.
- Keep your e-mail address up to date: we use it for notices and password resets.
- Each workspace holds one business’s data; members you invite will have access to that data.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to:
- comply with the policies of Google Ads and of the affiliate platforms you use, and with applicable law, including the LGPD;
- inform visitors to your pages, in your privacy policy, that you use tracking;
- not use ClearTracking for fraud, invalid clicks, spam, illegal content or to circumvent third-party systems;
- not attempt to access other customers’ data or to overload or attack the service.
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Third-party integrations
Google Ads, ClickBank and other platforms are third-party services with their own terms. ClearTracking relies on the information they provide and is not responsible for their failures, delays, changes or unavailability. Access to Google Ads is made with your authorization and used only to read data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
5. No guarantee of results
ClearTracking shows data; it does not guarantee sales, profit or campaign performance. Advertising investment decisions are yours. Figures may differ from the platforms’ reports because of time zones, exchange rates, delayed notifications or scripts blocked in the visitor’s browser.
6. Pricing
During the early stage, access may be free or by invitation. If we start charging, we will give notice in advance, and prices and conditions will be presented before any charge.
7. Availability and data
We work to keep the service available and make daily backups, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We recommend exporting the reports that matter to you.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClearTracking is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the service.
9. Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to trackingclear@gmail.com. Data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer’s domicile have jurisdiction over any dispute.
If this English version and the Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
