Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 16, 2026

This policy explains what data ClearTracking (“ClearTracking”, “we”) processes, why, and what your rights are. ClearTracking is operated by Rodrigo Augusto Silva dos Santos, an individual based in Brazil, contact trackingclear@gmail.com. We follow Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, “LGPD”).

1. Your account data

  • Name, e-mail address and password (stored only as a hash, never in plain text).
  • If you sign in with Google: your name, e-mail address and Google account identifier.
  • Access records: login time, IP address and browser of the session, for security.
  • Settings you save, such as integration keys (stored encrypted).

We use this data to create and secure your account, send confirmation and password-reset e-mails, and provide the service.

2. Google Ads data (when you connect your account)

When you click “Connect Google Ads” you authorize, on Google’s own consent screen, access to the Google Ads API. With this access ClearTracking only reads: the list of your accounts and sub-accounts (name, ID, currency, time zone, status); cost, clicks and impressions per day, campaign, keyword and device; and your conversion actions (name, type, status and settings). ClearTracking does not create, change or delete campaigns on its own.

This data is used solely to show you the cost, profit and performance of your campaigns inside ClearTracking. It is not sold, not used for advertising and not shared with third parties, except the infrastructure providers listed below, which process it only to run the service.

ClearTracking’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

The access token provided by Google is stored encrypted. You can disconnect at any time under Connections (the token is revoked at Google immediately) or at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Data about visitors to your pages

When you install the ClearTracking script on your pages, we record, on your behalf, technical data about each visit: IP address, browser and device, page and referrer, Google Ads click identifiers (gclid, gbraid, wbraid), campaign parameters, and the approximate location derived from the IP (country, region and city, computed locally without sending the IP to third parties). The script does not use cookies; it only keeps a visit identifier in the browser session.

For this data you are the controller and ClearTracking acts as a processor (LGPD, art. 5). You are responsible for informing your visitors, in your own privacy policy, that you use an ad-tracking tool.

4. Data from sales platforms

Notifications sent by sales platforms (for example, ClickBank) contain sale data: receipt, product, amounts, commission, the buyer’s country and state, and tracking codes. The buyer’s name, e-mail, phone and address are removed before storage.

5. Cookies

The dashboard uses only necessary cookies: the session cookie (keeps you signed in) and the language cookie. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

6. Who we share data with

  • Oracle Cloud (server and database, in Brazil, São Paulo region).
  • Resend (delivery of confirmation and password e-mails).
  • Google (Sign in with Google and the Google Ads API, when you use them).
  • Telegram, only if you set up sale alerts to your own bot.

We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data when required by law or court order.

7. How long we keep data

We keep data while your account exists. When you disconnect Google Ads, the token is deleted immediately. When you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep. Backups are overwritten within 14 days.

8. Security

Connections always use HTTPS; passwords are hashed; keys and tokens are encrypted (AES-256-GCM); each customer’s data is isolated from the others; server access is restricted.

9. Your rights

You may request confirmation, access, correction, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by writing to trackingclear@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we update the date above and notify you by e-mail when the change is significant.

If this English version and the Portuguese version differ, the Portuguese version prevails.
